Eriko Self, Ph. D

I was born and raised in Japan. After receiving a B.A. in Psychology from Kyoto University, I came to the United States and received a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Chicago. I was a post-doctoral researcher at University of California, Irvine and University of Nevada, Reno before joining CSUF in 2001. My research interests include visual perception, attention, and multisensory integration. I investigate these topics psychophysically both in younger and older adults.
